How secure is this store?

I don't have a PayPal account, can I still make a purchase?

You can make a purchase even if you do not have a paypal account by simply entering your credit card details. You will receive an email from PayPal to confirm the transaction. When we receive your order we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and order details attached. If there are any problems with your order please email us. I'd like to order a ring but don't know my ring size. How can I get a precise measurement?

Will my DIAZ engagement ring lose its shine over time - How do I care for it?

Our Bridal and Gift jewelry items are rhodium plated, providing protection to help prevent tarnishing. A rhodium finish, however, is not impervious to the effects of everyday wear and abrasion. Plating on pendants and earrings generally last longer than on rings as they are not exposed to as much friction.
If wear does occur, the jewelry can be re-plated with rhodium at a local jeweler for a minimal cost.
In order to preserve sparkle and shine, use a liquid dishwashing detergent and a soft toothbrush to clean the surface and underside of the stones. Additionally, remember to remove jewelry before doing any task that involves chemicals such as chlorine and bleach. You may also use Brilliant jewelry cleaner, plain alcohol or vodka to help reduce greasy film on your jewelry prior to any other cleaning.


I received my necklace with a faulty clasp, can I exchange it?

In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged on receipt please contact us by email as soon as possible. You can return the item within 7 days to receive a new one of the same design and size. We do not accept returns of any items that have been damaged by the wearer. Is your jewelry mass produced?

We DO NOT mass produce our jewelry in a factory in China. We can proudly guarantee our quality because we care not only about the materials we use, but how our jewelry is made. Fair wages are paid and a healthy work environment is ensured at our workshop. We are ethical in dealings with all stakeholders. We believe in handcrafted precision and perfection. Each and every piece of DIAZ jewelry is handcrafted from mold making thru to polishing. You can rest assured that your DIAZ jewelry has been handmade using sustainable materials and practices, and inspected for quality before it is delivered to you.


Can I commission a custom piece?

At the moment, we are committed to designing and producing our very own line of one-of-a-kind jewelry. As such, we do not make customized jewelry, but we may consider it in the future in order to fulfill our customers' wishes.
